Wax La Mesa — Lab-Tested Concentrates with Same-Day Delivery

Yes. Adult-use cannabis delivery is legal in La Mesa for residents 21 and older under California's Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act. Licensed delivery services like SeaWeed Delivery operate under state and local permits with full compliance requirements including age verification, purchase limits, and seed-to-sale tracking. Unlicensed delivery remains illegal and carries both legal and product safety risks.

Every legal cannabis concentrate in California must be tested by a state-accredited laboratory and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing cannabinoid potency, terpene profile, and pass/fail results for pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents. At SeaWeed Delivery, COAs are available for every wax product on our menu. You can request the lab report before purchase to verify the specific batch you are receiving. Products without current, lot-specific COAs should not be consumed.

Wax, shatter, and live resin are all cannabis concentrates but differ in extraction method and texture. Shatter is a stable, glass-like concentrate produced from cured cannabis; wax has a softer, more malleable consistency due to different purging techniques. Live resin is extracted from fresh-frozen plants rather than cured flower, preserving a fuller terpene profile that produces more aromatic and complex effects. For consumers prioritizing flavor and effect diversity, live resin typically offers superior results despite higher cost.

California law permits adults 21+ to purchase up to 8 grams of cannabis concentrate per transaction for recreational use. Medical cannabis patients with a valid physician recommendation may access higher limits and potency levels not available to recreational customers. Possession limits apply to the amount on your person or in your vehicle; home storage of larger quantities purchased over multiple transactions is permitted under state law.

Optimal vaporization temperature for wax and concentrates ranges from 315°F to 400°F. Lower temperatures preserve terpenes and produce smoother vapor, while higher temperatures increase vapor density and THC delivery. Temperatures above 450°F begin to combust terpenes and produce harsh, less flavorful vapor. Most electronic dab rigs and concentrate vaporizers allow precise temperature control; our disposable live resin vapes are pre-set to 380°F for balanced flavor and potency.
