California law permits adults 21 and older to purchase and possess cannabis regardless of student status. SDSU enrollment does not affect your legal eligibility. However, San Diego State University policy prohibits cannabis possession and use on campus property, in campus housing, and at university-sponsored events, even for students over 21. SeaWeed Delievery only delivers to off-campus addresses in the College Area and surrounding SDSU neighborhoods, never to on-campus locations.

Same-day delivery to SDSU-area addresses is available for orders placed before 6 PM on weekdays and 4 PM on weekends. Most College Area deliveries arrive within 60–90 minutes during non-peak hours; orders placed during evening rush (5–7 PM) may extend to 2–3 hours. You'll receive a text notification 20 minutes before your driver arrives, with real-time tracking available through our delivery system.

California law requires a valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older. Acceptable IDs include a California driver license, California ID card, U.S. passport, military ID, or out-of-state driver license. Student IDs are not sufficient for age verification. Every adult receiving a delivery must present their own ID; we cannot accept an ID from someone not present at the delivery location.

Yes. Our delivery menu allows you to combine flower, concentrates, edibles, pre-rolls, and accessories in a single order to your SDSU-area address. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery; orders under $100 incur a $10 delivery fee. All products ship together in one scent-proof, tamper-evident package with individual COAs for each cannabis item.

Every cannabis product we deliver to SDSU undergoes testing at a California Department of Cannabis Control-licensed laboratory, producing a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that lists exact cannabinoid percentages (THC, THCA, CBD, CBN, CBG) and terpene concentrations. COAs are product-specific and batch-specific. The COA you see on our website corresponds to the exact harvest lot in our current inventory. You can scan the QR code on your package to view the full COA for your delivered product.

Our standard SDSU delivery hours run until 9 PM on weekdays and 8 PM on weekends. Late-night delivery (after 9 PM) is available for orders over $150 placed at least two hours in advance. Contact our delivery team via text to confirm availability for your College Area address. Friday and Saturday late hours sometimes extend to 10 PM during peak demand periods.

Yes. Our SDSU service zone includes Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, Rolando, and the College Area, covering all residential addresses within a 3-mile radius of San Diego State campus. Same-day delivery is available to these neighborhoods for orders placed before our daily cutoff time (6 PM weekdays, 4 PM weekends). Some remote addresses in eastern Allied Gardens may require next-day scheduling depending on current delivery volume.

We accept cash, debit cards, and CanPay (a cannabis-specific digital payment app linked to your bank account). Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis transactions. ATM service is not available on delivery vehicles. Please have payment ready when your driver arrives at your SDSU-area address. Digital payment through CanPay offers contactless transaction processing and automatic receipt generation.
