THC Design Mission Valley in Valley — Lab-Tested Cannabis Delivered to Your Door

Alabama cannabis law permits adults 21 and older to possess up to 1 oz of cannabis flower and 8 grams of concentrate for personal use at any one time. Medical cannabis patients registered with the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission may possess larger quantities as specified by their physician certification. Possession limits apply to the amount on your person, in your vehicle, or at your Valley residence. Exceeding these limits can result in criminal penalties even in jurisdictions where cannabis is otherwise legal.

SeaWeed Delivery offers same-day delivery to most Valley addresses for orders placed before 7:00 PM, with delivery windows typically completing within 2–4 hours of order confirmation. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed after the cutoff, with morning (9 AM–1 PM) or afternoon (1 PM–6 PM) windows you select at checkout. You'll receive real-time tracking updates via SMS or email once your Valley delivery is dispatched.

A complete COA from an Alabama-accredited laboratory should include cannabinoid potency (THC, THCA, CBD, CBN, CBG), a terpene profile listing at least 10 terpenes with concentrations, pesticide screening with pass/fail results, heavy metals testing (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), and microbial contamination testing. COAs should be lot-specific. A COA from a different production batch or dated more than 12 months ago is not meaningful verification of the product you're purchasing. SeaWeed Delivery provides COAs for every THC Design product on our Valley menu before checkout.

Yes. SeaWeed Delivery delivers to hotels, short-term rentals, and temporary Valley addresses as long as you are physically present to receive the order and provide valid ID showing you are 21 or older. The delivery address you provide at checkout must match the location where you'll accept delivery. Orders cannot be left with front desk staff, delivered to a third party, or left unattended under any circumstances.

SeaWeed Delivery operates under full Alabama state licensing with all required permits for cannabis delivery in Valley and surrounding areas. You can verify our licensing status by requesting our license number and checking it against the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission's public licensee database. Licensed retailers are required to display license information on their website, provide COAs for all products, and use METRC seed-to-sale tracking. All of which we maintain for every Valley delivery.

The indica/sativa classification is a botanical distinction based on plant structure, not a reliable predictor of effects. Research shows that terpene profiles. Not subspecies labels. Are the primary determinants of experiential outcome. Myrcene-dominant strains tend to produce sedating effects; limonene-dominant strains tend toward elevated mood and energy. For Valley customers seeking predictable results, ask about the terpene profile of a specific lot rather than relying on indica/sativa labels.

Alabama cannabis regulations prohibit the return or exchange of cannabis products once they leave the licensed retailer's possession due to health and safety tracking requirements. If you receive a damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect product, contact SeaWeed Delivery's Valley support team immediately with photos and order details. We will issue a replacement or refund for verified product quality issues. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Onset time varies by consumption method: inhaled cannabis (flower, vaporized concentrate) produces effects within 2–10 minutes and lasts 1–3 hours. Sublingual tinctures absorb in 15–45 minutes with effects lasting 2–4 hours. Edibles are the most variable. Hepatic metabolism converts THC over 45–120 minutes depending on individual factors, with effects peaking at 2–4 hours and lasting 4–8 hours. The most common adverse experience is edible overconsumption due to redosing before the first dose reaches full effect.
