Rove UCSD — Lab-Tested Cartridges with Same-Day Delivery

California law permits cannabis delivery to any private residence where the recipient is age 21 or older, including UCSD undergraduate and graduate housing. However, UCSD's campus policy prohibits cannabis possession and use in all university-owned housing under federal Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act requirements. UCSD receives federal funding and must comply with federal cannabis prohibition regardless of California law. Students ordering rove ucsd cartridges for delivery to campus addresses assume full responsibility for any university conduct violations. Off-campus apartments and private residences in La Jolla are not subject to UCSD policy and are legal delivery locations under California law.

Rove cartridges stored in a cool, dark location away from direct sunlight retain 85–90% of their original cannabinoid potency for 12–18 months after packaging. La Jolla's coastal humidity and temperature fluctuations can accelerate terpene degradation if cartridges are stored in non-climate-controlled areas. Storing cartridges in a drawer or cabinet rather than on a windowsill extends shelf life significantly. Once opened, Rove cartridges should be consumed within 6 months for optimal flavor and effect consistency.

SeaWeed Delivery accepts cash, debit cards, and CanPay (a cannabis-specific debit payment app) for UCSD deliveries. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis transactions under the Controlled Substances Act. Customers paying with debit cards are charged a flat $3.50 processing fee per transaction. CanPay links directly to your bank account and incurs no additional fees. Many UCSD customers prefer CanPay for its transaction history tracking and receipt documentation.

No. California cannabis delivery regulations require delivery to a private residence only. Commercial addresses including campus offices, research labs, and academic buildings are prohibited delivery locations under Business and Professions Code Section 26090. UCSD faculty and staff must provide a residential address in La Jolla, University City, or another covered zip code for delivery. Attempting to use a campus office address will result in order cancellation and refund.

UCSD students report that Rove's Tangie, Lemon, and Dream cartridges. All sativa-dominant or sativa-hybrid profiles. Provide alert, focused effects suitable for study sessions and coursework. These strains are high in limonene and pinene terpenes, which preliminary research suggests may support cognitive clarity and reduce mental fatigue. However, individual responses vary significantly, and many students find that any THC consumption impairs short-term memory and task completion. For academic work, most UCSD customers prefer CBD-dominant or 1:1 THC:CBD products, which Rove does not currently produce.

Every SeaWeed Delivery driver is required to scan a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery using a California DCC-approved ID verification app that checks for authenticity markers including hologram patterns, microprinting, and UV features. Acceptable IDs include California driver's licenses, US passports, military IDs, and state-issued identification cards. Out-of-state IDs are accepted if the delivery address is a valid California residence. Deliveries cannot be completed if the ID holder is under 21 or if the ID is expired, damaged, or fails authentication checks.

SeaWeed Delivery requires a $50 minimum order for delivery to UCSD and La Jolla addresses. A single Rove half-gram cartridge at $35 does not meet the minimum. Most customers add a second cartridge, a pre-roll, or an edible product to reach the threshold. Orders over $100 receive free delivery; orders between $50 and $100 incur a $10 delivery fee. There is no maximum order amount for recreational customers, though daily purchase limits apply: four grams of concentrate or one ounce of flower per transaction.

Yes. Rove cartridges use universal 510-threaded connections compatible with any standard vape battery. However, Rove recommends using batteries with voltage control set between 2.8V and 3.3V. Higher voltages can combust terpenes and produce harsh, burnt-tasting vapor. Many UCSD customers use buttonless auto-draw batteries for convenience, though variable-voltage batteries like the CCELL Palm provide better flavor control and longer cartridge lifespan by preventing overheating.
