Raw Garden SDSU — Lab-Tested Cannabis with Same-Day Campus Delivery

Yes. South Dakota law permits adults 21 and older to purchase and possess cannabis for personal use, and delivery services are licensed under the same regulatory framework as storefront dispensaries. SDSU students who are 21+ may legally order raw garden sdsu products for delivery to off-campus addresses. However, possession or consumption on SDSU campus property (including dormitories) remains prohibited under university policy due to federal funding requirements.

Orders placed before 2 PM typically arrive the same day within a 4-hour delivery window communicated via text message after order confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM are prioritized for next-day delivery, usually arriving before 11 AM. SDSU-area deliveries run seven days a week, and you can request a specific delivery window at checkout if you have schedule constraints.

Live resin is produced by flash-freezing fresh cannabis immediately after harvest, then extracting cannabinoids and terpenes while the plant material is still frozen. This preserves the full terpene profile present at peak ripeness. Distillate is produced by distilling cannabis oil to isolate pure THC, then reintroducing terpenes (often botanical, not cannabis-derived) afterward. Live resin retains 3–8% terpenes naturally; distillate typically contains under 2% reintroduced terpenes. The experiential difference: live resin produces more nuanced, strain-specific effects due to the entourage effect; distillate produces a more uniform, THC-forward experience.

Yes. SeaWeed Delievery posts third-party COAs for every Raw Garden product in our current inventory. You can request COAs via text, email, or live chat before placing an order. Each COA includes cannabinoid potency (THC, THCA, CBD, CBG), a terpene profile with at least 12 compounds listed in mg/g, pesticide screening results, and heavy metals testing. The COA is specific to the production lot you will receive. Not a generic result from a different batch.

Contact SeaWeed Delievery customer service immediately. We maintain a no-questions replacement policy for any product that does not match the advertised strain, potency, or terpene profile. In the rare event of a mislabeled product, we will deliver a replacement at no charge and issue a full refund for the original purchase. All Raw Garden products are tracked via seed-to-sale METRC systems, so discrepancies are flagged and corrected at the supplier level to prevent recurrence.
