Yes. SeaWeed Delivery serves all residential and commercial addresses within Del Mar zip codes 92014 and 92625, including Del Mar Heights, coastal neighborhoods, and areas near the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Delivery is available seven days a week between 10 AM and 8 PM, with same-day service for orders placed before 6 PM. Hotel delivery is available with valid California ID and room verification at the time of delivery.

Every Pacific Stone flower lot delivered by SeaWeed Delivery includes a harvest date on the product label. We do not stock flower harvested more than 90 days prior to delivery date. Proper cure is verified by relative humidity testing: all flower is stored at 58–62% RH using humidity control packs, which prevents terpene degradation and maintains cannabinoid stability. If you receive a product that appears dry, improperly cured, or past its optimal freshness window, contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

SeaWeed Delivery accepts cash, debit cards, and select digital payment methods for Del Mar deliveries. Specific payment options are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis transactions. Our delivery staff carries change for cash payments and uses encrypted card readers for debit transactions. All payments are processed at the time of delivery, and digital receipts are emailed immediately after order completion.

No. California law requires a valid California-issued ID, California driver license, or other government-issued identification showing a California address for recreational cannabis purchases. Out-of-state visitors to Del Mar cannot legally purchase cannabis for recreational use even with a valid ID from another state. Medical cannabis patients with a valid physician recommendation and an out-of-state ID may be able to access California's medical cannabis program, but this requires registration with a California physician and does not apply to recreational purchases.

Orders placed before 3 PM typically deliver within 60–90 minutes to Del Mar addresses. Orders placed between 3 PM and 6 PM usually deliver by 8 PM the same day. Delivery times depend on your specific address within Del Mar, current order volume, and the driver's route optimization. You'll receive a text notification when your order is out for delivery, including an estimated arrival window and direct contact information for the driver.

SeaWeed Delivery has a $50 minimum order subtotal for delivery to Del Mar. This applies to the product cost before taxes and delivery fees. Most Pacific Stone eighths range from $30–$45, so a minimum order typically consists of two eighths or one eighth plus a pre-roll or edible product. There is no maximum order limit, but orders over $500 may require additional ID verification at the time of delivery for security purposes.

Inspect your order with the delivery driver present. If any product appears damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify the driver immediately before they leave.
