Mary Jane Delivery Del Sur — Lab-Tested Cannabis Delivered Same-Day

Yes — California law permits recreational cannabis delivery to any resident 21+ with valid government-issued ID. You don't need a medical cannabis registry card to order delivery in del sur. Medical cardholders may access higher purchase limits and certain product categories unavailable to recreational customers, but recreational delivery is fully legal under California Health and Safety Code Section 11362.1.

Most del sur orders placed before 2 PM arrive the same day, typically within 60–90 minutes during standard delivery windows. We offer scheduled delivery for specific time blocks if you prefer predictability. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee with estimated arrival times provided at checkout. All deliveries include real-time driver tracking so you know exactly when your order will arrive at your del sur address.

Del sur delivery includes flower, pre-rolls, vaporizer cartridges, live resin disposables, edibles, tinctures, concentrates, and topicals — all with third-party COAs. We carry premium genetics from 710 Labs, Alien Labs, Connected Cannabis Co., and Cookies, plus our curated Happy Fruit edible line with targeted cannabinoid ratios. Every product page shows the current COA with cannabinoid percentages, terpene profiles, and safety testing results before you order.

Tipping is appreciated but not required — our drivers are compensated employees, not independent contractors. If you choose to tip for exceptional service, 10–15% is standard in the cannabis delivery industry. Tips can be added during online checkout or provided in cash at delivery. Del sur customers frequently ask this question, and our policy is that gratuity decisions are entirely at your discretion.

Yes — every product on our menu includes a link to the current Certificate of Analysis showing cannabinoid potency, terpene profile, pesticide screening, heavy metals testing, and microbial contamination results. COAs are from California DCC-accredited third-party laboratories and are lot-specific to the inventory we're currently delivering to del sur. If a COA isn't visible on a product page, contact our support team before ordering.

Our minimum order for del sur delivery is typically $50 before taxes and fees, though this may vary during promotional periods. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your exact del sur address and selected delivery window. Medical cannabis patients with valid registry cards may qualify for reduced or waived delivery fees depending on order size and frequency.

California law limits recreational customers to 28.5 grams (approximately 1 oz) of cannabis flower or 8 grams of concentrate per transaction. Del sur medical cannabis patients registered with the state can purchase larger quantities depending on their physician's recommendation. These limits apply per delivery — you cannot place multiple same-day orders to exceed the legal limit, as all transactions are tracked in the state's METRC system.

Our driver will request government-issued photo ID at your door and verify you're 21+ before completing the delivery. Acceptable IDs include driver's licenses, state ID cards, passports, and military IDs. We cannot leave products without face-to-face age verification — del sur deliveries require the recipient to be present and show valid ID. This is a California DCC requirement for all licensed delivery operators.
