Lowell Farms Oceanside — Lab-Tested Cannabis with Same-Day Delivery

Yes. California law permits licensed cannabis retailers to deliver to any address within California where adult-use cannabis is legal, including all Oceanside residential addresses. SeaWeed Delievery operates under California Department of Cannabis Control licensing with full METRC tracking, meaning every Lowell Farms product we deliver is verified through the state's seed-to-sale system. Delivery drivers check ID at the door to confirm the recipient is 21 or older, and all transactions are recorded in compliance with California Business and Professions Code Section 26070.

Delivery fees for Lowell Farms Oceanside orders start at $10 for orders under $75 and are waived for orders above $100. Same-day delivery within Oceanside's city limits typically costs $10–15 depending on distance from our dispatch hub, while express delivery (under 60 minutes) adds a $20 premium. All fees are displayed at checkout before payment, and there are no hidden charges or driver tip requirements. Though tips are appreciated for exceptional service.

Yes. Lowell Farms products are available to all California adults 21 and older, regardless of medical cannabis card status. Recreational customers in Oceanside can order the same Lowell Farms strains, pre-rolls, and concentrates available to medical patients, though medical cardholders receive sales tax exemptions that reduce the final price by approximately 15%. If you have a valid California medical cannabis recommendation, upload it during checkout to receive the tax exemption automatically.

SeaWeed Delievery accepts cash, debit cards, and CanPay (a cannabis-specific digital payment app) for all Oceanside deliveries. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis transactions under the Controlled Substances Act. Drivers carry change for cash payments and use encrypted mobile card readers for debit transactions. No card information is stored after the transaction completes.

Lowell Farms flower delivered by SeaWeed Delievery in Oceanside is typically harvested within 60–90 days of delivery, with harvest dates printed on every COA. We rotate inventory weekly to ensure terpene preservation and avoid selling flower older than 120 days. Pre-rolls are manufactured within 30 days of the harvest date and stored in humidity-controlled packaging to prevent drying. If you receive a product with a harvest date older than 90 days, contact us for a replacement. We guarantee freshness on every Lowell Farms delivery.

SeaWeed Delievery requires an adult 21 or older to be present at the delivery address to receive the order and present valid government-issued ID. If you're not available when the driver arrives, they will text you and wait up to 10 minutes before marking the delivery as unsuccessful. You can reschedule the delivery for later the same day or the next morning at no additional charge. We do not leave cannabis products unattended at any address due to California DCC regulations requiring in-person ID verification.

California cannabis regulations prohibit returns or exchanges of any cannabis product once it leaves our facility due to inventory tracking requirements under METRC. However, if you receive a product that's defective (damaged packaging, mold, incorrect item) or doesn't match the COA data listed on our menu, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll issue a full refund or replacement at no charge. Customer satisfaction issues unrelated to product defects (e.g., 'I didn't like the taste') are not eligible for refunds, which is why we provide COAs and terpene data before purchase.
