Flower North Park — Premium Cannabis Delivery with Lab-Tested Quality

California law permits adults 21 and older to possess up to 1 oz (28.5 grams) of cannabis flower and up to 8 grams of cannabis concentrate at any one time for personal use. Medical cannabis patients registered with the California Medical Cannabis Program may possess up to 8 oz of usable cannabis and may access higher-potency products not available to recreational customers. Possession limits apply to the amount on your person or in your vehicle. Home cultivation of up to 6 plants per household is permitted under California law for adults 21+.

Same-day flower delivery in North Park typically arrives within 1-2 hours of order placement during peak hours, depending on driver availability and current delivery volume. Orders placed before our daily cutoff (usually 6 PM) qualify for same-day service; orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for next-day delivery. You receive real-time tracking and SMS notifications once a driver is assigned to your North Park delivery.

A complete COA from a California-accredited laboratory should include a cannabinoid potency panel listing THC, THCA, CBD, CBDA, CBN, and CBG; a terpene profile with at least 10 terpenes and their concentrations in mg/g; pesticide screening with pass/fail results against California action limits; heavy metals testing for lead, cadmium, arsenic, and mercury; and microbial contamination screening. COAs should be lot-specific. A COA dated more than 12 months ago or from a different production batch is not meaningful verification of the product in your hand. At SeaWeed Delivery, COAs are available for every flower product we deliver to North Park.

SeaWeed Delivery serves both medical cannabis patients and recreational customers in North Park. Recreational customers 21+ can order from our full menu with the standard 1 oz possession limit; medical patients registered with the California Medical Cannabis Program can access higher purchase limits and medical-only product formulations. Both customer types receive the same delivery speed, COA transparency, and product verification.

Licensed cannabis retailers in California are required to display their state license number on their website and can be verified through the California Department of Cannabis Control's online license search tool. SeaWeed Delivery operates under full California state licensing with METRC seed-to-sale tracking for every product. You can request to see our license documentation at delivery or contact the DCC directly to confirm our active status. Unlicensed delivery services cannot provide verifiable state licensing and operate outside regulatory oversight.

The indica/sativa classification is a botanical distinction based on plant morphology, not a reliable predictor of psychoactive effects. A 2019 study in Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research found that experienced consumers could not reliably distinguish indica from sativa effects in blind trials. Suggesting that terpene profiles, not subspecies labels, are the primary determinants of experiential outcome. For North Park customers seeking predictable results, asking about the terpene profile of a specific strain produces more reliable guidance than relying on indica/sativa categories.

SeaWeed Delivery offers both same-day delivery windows (1-2 hours from order placement) and scheduled delivery for North Park customers who need a specific arrival time. Scheduled delivery lets you select a preferred time window up to 48 hours in advance, which is useful for customers who work from home or have limited availability. Same-day delivery is first-come-first-served based on driver capacity, but scheduled orders are guaranteed for the selected window.

California cannabis retailers cannot process credit card payments through traditional banking networks due to federal cannabis prohibition under the Controlled Substances Act. SeaWeed Delivery accepts cash on delivery and compliant cashless ATM services for North Park orders. Our drivers carry change and provide receipts for all transactions. Some customers prefer to use cashless ATM to avoid carrying large amounts of cash, and we can walk you through that process at delivery if needed.
